I got to practice today and did a couple of miles before with Cole, Mike, and Mahonri. Our workout was 400, 800, 1200, 800, 400. It wouldn't have been to bad but on the home stretch it was so windy we could barely move. So we ended up running 80's for every lap until the last one where I ran like a 68. Afterwards me and Cole Gray ran the Hidden Oaks loop.

Got to AF and did two laps on the Grass Relays course. Warmed up fpr pur race and lined up. Gun went off and I went out pretty fast even though I wasn't planning on pushing it for a PR or anything. We came through at 70. The next lap I passed Jon who gave up because he had hurdles and pole vault later. 8000 split was 2:27. couldn't quite here the 1200 split but finished a couple of seconds behind Tommy who finished in 4:51. Afterward cooled down and talked to Maddie from AF and Cole Gray for a while.

Apparently Revelli thinks we slack off too much so he rides his bike behind us while we run now. We ran down to the stop sign at Art Dye and back. Later we met at Jon's house to pack up for ragnar. Ran home. Too pumped for Ragnar.
