We did a workout on the grandaddy of em all hill today. last time I did it we didn't make it all the way to the top and took like 2 or 3 breaks. For some reason I was just feeling great and went the full 4 miles to the top with no breaks. I even beat Mike and Mahonri today. Coming down sucked though just because it is so steep and rocky. Afterward did a mile barefoot cool down. 2 after we got to the campsite after 5 hours of driving. |
