Went down to AF rec center and did 7x400 meter repeats at mile pace. so about 75 seconds a pop. The lacrossse team was there so it was kind of annoying.

Did pacers at school today. Pacers are where you run across the gym, but you have to get there before the beep or your out. I did 121 of them before coach said I didn't make it on time. I could've done more but trying to pace myself killed me. At least I had the most in the class. Later did two miles on the treadmill.
