| Solid nap today, and a good four hour sesh of Arrested Development. A much needed recovery day. This week we r going to be in St George from Thursday to Saturday for a family reunion. Maybe I'll hit up Pineview or Desert Hills and run with them. I want to hit 55 miles this week. | | Comments(4) |

| We did Middle Spring in Lambert today. It was pretty fun. Our first four miles were all really slow, but then our last four were all at like 5:45 pace. I think I may go longboarding later...

| Ran flyers before practice, then had to book it to make it to the park in time. I barely made it though which was good. We had a Fartlek sort of workout today: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1(minutes), with equal recovery. This is one of my favorite workouts that we do, and we do it quite a bit. The five and four both went well, we were under 5:20 pace even with some pretty good hills in the middle of both. The three we were cruising and were around 4:40 pace on, then the two and the one were both just ragin' fast. Seth looked really good throughout and Craik killed the last interval, and I'm thinking one of those two will be our fifth guy. Afterwards we cooled down for about three miles to get about 9 total. |

| Today we did the loop that goes down on the golf course and wraps up by the canyon, then we did extnded mountain run to get to 8. Afterwards 5 of us did pickup Wednesday at the park. My team won the first game, then we switched teams up and I lost the second. The hoops are at perfect height for dunking, and I made sure to posterize Craik more than once.

| I'm in St george for a family reunion so I went and ran with Pineview for a couple days. We did a barefoot warmup on the grass, then did drills and stuff before heading out on the run. We ran into the desert for like 23 minutes than turned around. It was a pretty fun run and all the guys were pretty cool. Afterwards I did some strides once I got back to the hotel. |

| Met the the PV team at Green Springs park for my run today. We went up this trail for a while, the met up with a road that goes up to a place called "turkey farm", and turned around at 32 minutes. We were going pretty slow, but it felt nice, and on the way back Nick, Alex, Jake, and I picked it up a tad. Once we got back to the park I stretched for a while then headed out for another few miles so I could hit my goal for the week. 'Twas a fun couple days of running and I'm glad I went and ran with the Pineview dudes. |

| Went to Zion national park in the morning, then drove all day, so jd didn't have time to get a run in until 11:30 at night. I was tired and the legs were not wanting to move so I just did 6. |
