| Good run on Bonneville Shoreline. Zack, Lil' Warner, Jamison, and I got all the way to this water storage thing before we had to turn around. Interesting conversation aout what three things we would bring if we were stuck on an island for a year not including food and water. averaged 6:40 pace throughout.

| 4x600 hills in front of Cedar Ridge today. Jamison, Justin, Craik, Spencer, and I did them seperately from the rest of the team because we showed up a little late. We did them really fast, and they felt really good for the most part. Times were 1:57, 1:57, 1:58, 1:56. Afterwards we had this strength training circuit thing with the new coach, and I almost died it was so hard.

| Had to run by myself today. Drove up to Lambert and did about 8.5 miles all throughout there. Trail conditions were pretty bad but it was a good time. I had to stop and drive my sister down to AF for range, and when I got there I did 1.5 more.

| 3x5 minutes hard on the canal again. Lil' Warner was still sick so I ran by myself for most of it. Took it a little slower than usual, but still made it a good effort. Totally forgot about strength training today so Lil Warner, Justin and I went and ice bathed under the bridge in hidden oaks. We got back and Ryan was mad at us

| 3200 today. I got there too early so I took a good nap and got a really good warmup in. The race itself went well, I was in the fast heat and it was a lot more competitive than last year. I came through the mile in 4:50 and was still feeling solid, but then just couldn't hold on the last few laps and faded pretty hard. Still a fun race though.
