It was only Mahonri, Little Warner, and me at practice today. So we actually ran. We did four around Highland and than down to the pole on Art Dye. Ran home the short way.
It was only me and Mahonri at practice today. We went down to Art Dye. The entire trail was covered in the slickest ice ive ever seen. So we ended up running in one to two foot deep snow on the sides. Once we got there we went through the frisbee course which was kind of sketch with the conditions but it was fun.
5 mile tempo run down and back from the Temple. Splits were 6:07, 6:50, 6:24, 6:40, 6:22. The slow second and fourth miles were due to deep snow and ice along the canal.
