Adam's Running

Calves were tight so I turned back early. Later my cousin and I backpacked up to Silver Lake and hammocked overnight.

My cousin and I woke up and summited White Baldy today. It was about a mile up to silver glance lake, then a couple miles up to the summit. It was probly the toughest peak I've done in the wasatch. From Silver lake up there was no trail, so we just had to find a chute that looked climbable and head up to the ridge. The final ascent was all pretty sketchy rock scrambling, but we made it up fine. I've decided before I go on my mission I want to summit all the 11,000 footers on the wasatch. I've done 7 or 8, and ther is like 22 or something total.

5x666 meter hill repeats today. I did pretty good on all of them considering the long day I had yesterday. Times were 2:38, 2:36, 2:33, 2:35, 2:36. Good stuff from Seth today.

Did the run where we start going up Hogs then turn left. Pretty good pace throughout, and I felt solid.

Later did three by myself. there was a full moon so I went and ran on the golf course because it was bright enough.

Ryan wanted our long run today, so we did Hogs. Felt tired and sluggish.

Volunteered at the Timp half from 3:30 to 7:00 up at Tibble Fork, then ran down the canyon to our cars. We were going about 6:00 pace the last few miles because it was downhill, and it felt easy. saw the Timpanogos guys running up.
