Workout today. 4x1000 on the track, but Ryan made the last one an 800 which was nice. Didn't feel great on the last couple, but was a good workout overall. Times were 2:54, 2:58, 3:00, and 2:25 on the last 800. I'm running the two mile on Friday which should be fun. I want to run a 9:40 or something around there, but just getting a PR would be nice too. |
