Had UVU today. The mile was first, and it was almost awesome, but kind of left me disappointed. The first lap went out slow and I came through in 68, everybody picked up the pace after that and we came through the 800 in 2:13. The third lap I kind of lost the main pack but still came through in 3:22 and was ready to throw down a 64 or something and PR. Sadly with 250 to go I started cramping up in my right leg and I only ended up running a 70 last lap and didnt PR. Oh well. Later I had the 800. I pretty much just started out in last and tried to hang on for dear life at the back of the pack. We came through in a 61 and I actually passed two guys coming around the turn, but with 200 to go I didn't have anything left in my legs and they passed me back and I brought it home in last place. I still ran a PR of 2:05 though, which was the first PR for me this season.
