Raced the two mile today. Felt pretty good, but the middle laps we just kind of sat on this Salem hills kid and the pace slowed painfully. we hit a bunch of 76's and 77's. With 800 to go i took the lead and pushed the pace, and with 400 to go Jamison and Zack took off. I just don't have the leg speed to run with those two in a more tactical race so I outkicked one guy but still got fourth. Once I get in a faster race I know I can go a lot faster. Shoutout to Zack who ran a 62 final lap to win the two mile!
