Adam's Running

Yo it's been a long time but I am back y'all. Good run after the sun went down tonight, went up into Alpine then back through the pond. Stopped at the high school on my way back and did some strides. I wasn't sure how I'd feel due to some pizza a couple hours earlier but I ended up feeling great and was going at a good clip whenever I was on the roads.

Easy double this morning, just looped out on the golf course and back on canyon road. It was very hot today and the drinking fountain at the baseball diamond wasn't working which was a bummer. Going running with the bois up at Lambert later

The guys met early to go rake leaves and I wasn't able to get to the locker room until about 2:50 so I just ran on my own. I looped around Beus then headed out on upper and back. Felt pretty good and had some good time to think.

Last workout with the boys today. I did a three mile tempo in 15:36 overall and then did 5x400 with Tracen and Brandon. The 400's were 66, 66, 66, 65, 62. Felt like garbage on the tempo but felt decent on the 4's. Afterwards went and lifted, then went to Lucky Slice with Jamison.

Worked all day installing insulation and sheetrock, then headed out around 4 for my run. I just went up to mountain run, did the extended loop and then met back up with the trail about halfway through. last two miles were pretty quick. Afterwards hit the climbing gym with Cole, Trev, and Dryden. I'm already feeling a lot fitter in climbing after just going a little more consistently the last couple weeks. Gonna be hitting those v6's again in no time.
