Tough workout today. 5x600 hills, with 3x400 on the track after. I felt pretty good on the first 4 hills, then the last one my stomach started to hurt but I pushed extra hard to stay on pace. Times were 1:58, 1:55, 1:57, 1:56, 1:56. On the way back to the school I had to stop at Walmart and go to the bathroom so I missed the first 400, then I struggled through the remaining two with stomache cramps and called it good. Times were 65 on both the 4's. Shoutout to Craik who dropped a 58 on the last 400. Later went and did 5 with Walton. Good times. |
