First workout today! 4x666 meter hills on Dustin's hill. Sadly my legs were still pretty wrecked from summiting superior 10 hours earlier and I ran most of the workout with Steven and Trevor. Times were 2:44, 2:44, 2:43, 2:35. Super slow times, but my legs would just not move fast. Oh well, I will just kill the next hill workout and prepare for it a little smarter. Seth killed it today, and if he can stay consistent could be the fifth guy we need to be an NXN team. |
