I woke up feeling sick, so I knew this workout would suck. We did 6x800 on the field over by the seminary building, but the band stole part of it again so we had to do the two lap course which is the worst. My times were slow because I was sick and the course was long, but they still should have been faster. Times were all between 2:35-2:40 except for the first one which was something wretched like 2:45. I hate being sick. |
