Adam's Running

Solid run out on Bonneville today. Coming back we got a little excited and were going like 5:45 pace for a couple miles. My feet fell asleep at one point which was weird.

Hill workout today over by Cedar Ridge. The weather was pretty nice and I was feeling good, so it was a fun workout overall. We did 6x600 hills, my times were: 1:57, 1:57, 1:57, 1:57, 1:57, 1:54. I was super happy with how consistent I was able to keep the first five, and that they were as quick as they were. Shoutout to Zack for killing it as he always does on hills.

Only did 4.5 today cuz I had to leave early for flag football. I was going to do more later, but after like 3 hours of flag football my legs were done for the day. We won both of our games which was cool, losers bracket champions.

Fun Fartlek today on the canal. 5,4,3,2,1 minutes with equal rest, it was cold when we started but felt nice on the last few intervals. banquet was tonight, I'd say it was a success. Currently watching Ponyo.

Good run through Alpine today with some strides after. Today I dressed up as Hansel from Zoolander, so I rode my scooter through school all day which was fun. Shoutout to Craik for having the best costume (he was a pato).

We did Hogs today. Shoutout to Connor Baller for coming with us which was a good time. Ran into Ryan at the top because he was biking. Afterwards we went and ice bathed at the mouth of the canyon which was freezing, but not actually as bad as I thought if would be. Super Fun run overall.
