| Good little workout today. It was 400, 600, 800, 600, 400, 400, 400, 400. It was hot today, but I hit the target pace on all of them so I was happy with it. There was a JV football game going on again, so we got some extra motivation from the stands and cheerleaders. Times were 65, 1:40, 2:18, 1:43, 66, 65, 65, 66. Afterwards we went up to the canyon to ice bath, felt wonderful. |

| This is actually yesterday, I just messed up on the days and don't care to change it right now. 8 miles through Alpine. Averaged sub 7 pace with some good hills so a solid run. |

| Fun radventure run today. We got down to the fence and Craik and I were the only ones brave enough to run through the horse corral because there was a wyld stallion in it. We stopped for a little while in the backyard with the slack line over the lake and a few people went across. Trespassing just makes runs so much more fun. Afterwards we ran back on the canal. |

| Met at legacy because it is fall break. We ran a little way up suncrest on the trails then came back on Timberline. Cold at the beginning, but a good time once we got going. |
