Unbeleivably sore today, but pushed through the run. Good stuff on Middle Spring in Lambert. Luckily we went slow and took a few breaks or my calves wouldn't have been able to handle it.

Fun run this morning. We went down by Bull River and got lost so we waded through the creek until we found our way out. Kept up a solid pace the first five miles, like 6:12 average, then slowed down after I got wet. Still sore, but low 6 minute pace has never felt so easy as it did this morning.

Later my cousins and I ran up to silver lake and back. 'Twas excellent.

5mile loop with Timberline trail after. Ryan came with us and kept up with no problem which was fun. Today I'm heading out to Moab for high adventure. Should get some good running and biking in.
