| We ran up to the sliding rock gate, and and some security guy told us we had to turn around. We finished through Lambert and down Dustin's hill. Afterwards I worked for 14 hours. Pretty rough, but I made a couple hundred bucks. |

| Didn't feel good. I have been really cold the past couple days, and have been coughing since May. Hopefully I'll be fine for Ragnar. |

| We did the wall today. Wasn't feeling up to running it fast, but just walking it is hard enough. On the way down we really picked it up and our last mile was like 5:40. I'm getting pumped for Ragnar, in my van it is me, Zack, Casey, McKay, Joe, and Patrick. Should be a good time. |

| Good run in the morning, with about an hour of running flyers for work later. I'm just going to count it as 1 mile though cuz it was stop and go. |

| Easy shakeout in the morning with AF. Ragnar today!
My first leg was coming down from Snowbasin. Joe and Patrick had already done really good on their legs, and Mckay closed the gap alittle on josh Ward going up Snowbasin, so we were on a roll. My leg was 8.1 miles of mostly downhill, but there was still 500 feet of climbing so it wasn't too easy. I think I started out way too fast because the steepest part was right at the beginning, but it was really dark so it was hard to gauge pace. I kept a pretty hard pace throughout, but I honestly had no idea how fast I would come through. I was kind of surprised when I saw the exchange up ahead, and my watch only said 42 minutes. I ended up in 44 minutes, which was 5:25 pace, so not too shabby! Then I had to hop straight in a van and I could tell my legs were not going to appreciate it. I lost abouta minute too Stokton Smith on my leg, but I was pretty happy with it overall.

| My next leg was at like 5 in the morning, and it was 5.5 miles around rockport lake. It was really pretty with the sun just thinking about starting to come up, but pretty cold. I averaged like 6 minute pace, so not very fast, but my legs were just not wanting to pick it up.
My last leg was interesting. Joe had just killed the massive hill, and Mckay had run an 8:40 two mile coming down from it, so I was pretty pumped up. I ended up going out way too fast and splitting like a 5:10 for my first mile. next mile was a 5:30, then things went downhill. It was like a bajillion degrees outside, and I hadn't eaten anything since midnight, and I started to really fall off the pace. third mile I was able to hang on for a 6:40, but on my fourth I bonked. I ran an 8:40, then a 9:10 last mile haha. I stumbled into the exchanged zone, and Patrick and Joe had to help me get to the van. The Ragnar people pumped some sugar into me via otter pops, and got me hydrated and out of the sun. After 10 minutes I was able to function again, but was still hurting. We drove to the finish and waited for Casey to finish, then hung around the finish area, and ate and got massages and stuff. We ended up getting third overall behind BYU and Davis. We actually hung out with the BYU guys quite a bit because they had a few guys from AF on the team. Fun stuff.
