Got back from high adventure today and decided to do a longer run because I haven't been able to run the past two days. I left at about 10:00 so it was pretty much pitch black the entire time. I have found that these long runs by yoursellf really are a lot harder mentally, and they seem to take twice as long. I realized towards the end that I had run through four different cities which was kind of cool.

We were planning on going to Rodeo today, but ended up not doing it and going on some other trails instead. When we got back to the park a lot of the guys left for more, but my hip was feeling wierd so I just stopped to be safe.

Good run today. Trey Trusty from Westlake came and ran with us which was kind of cool. We did the mountain run backwards, then looped down through lambert and back down on grove. On the trail I took the lead and really pushed it hard. We usually go hard on the trail but this was a lot harder than I have ever done it. Lil' Warner, Clayson, and I pulled way ahead of everyone and even dropped Trey. They finally sent us our belt buckles for Ragnar which made me super happy.
