First day of practice! Lots of new faces which was good. We just did black trail at like 6:30 pace, so nothing too difficult, although we ran out of allergy pills at my house so I was having a little trouble breathing. Did some planks and pushups afterwards.

Went to the gym later and did some core and upper body stuff. Saw Cole Gray there and talked to him for a while, he said he might come to practice tomorrow.

We did mountain run today. We did it really fast, and were hitting 5:40's in the middle of the run. Courtney wants us running a little bit slower tomorrow, which I shall appreciate. At the end of the run we ran through this cloud of pollen and I got some serious allergies. Like, really really bad.

Good 6 mile run today. Ryan came with us today, but it wasn't as fun as I thought it would be because he just got mad at us for doing too much hills. AF invited Zack and I to be on their Ragnar team next week, so that should be lots of fun.
