Got to Colorado and went out to do my workout at 10:00 at night. I had eaten a massive burger about an hour and a half earlier, and that paired with driving all day made it unbelievably rough to go faster than 7:45 pace. About a mile into my warmup I started barfing and at that point I decided to postpone the workout until tomorrow. Finished up a few miles slowly and painfully, then went to bed.
