Real tough workout today. Had work in the morning so I put it off until about 8 but it ended up being good that way cuz it was a little cooler. So the workout was 6x1000, then 3x800. I've never done this amount of volume in an interval workout so I was a bit nervous but I just went out and decided that I wasn't gonna fall off pace and that I was just gonna kill this workout. Times were 3:06, 3:07, 3:05, 3:06, 3:07, 3:06 for the 1000's and 2:27, 2:27, 2:24 for the 8's. So so happy with how this workout turned out. It was very long but I just kind of got in the zone and kept knocking out 74's and 75's without ever feeling like I was gonna blow up. Big confidence booster for the upcoming season.
