Ran around Alpine on the roads. The snow wasnt fun to run through anymore so we stayed off the trails. Pretty cold.

Had work this morning so I couldn't go to practice. Ended up doing an hour on the treadmill later. I HATE the treadmill.

Met at 1 am for a New Years run with the team. We ran up to Lambert and ran through on High bench, then came down on grove. Some fatbikes had come through so the trail was perfectly packed. It was very cold outside, but I wore enough clothes that I felt perfect. I also had a pretty sick icicle beard when we got back.

Good run on black trail. Averaged a 6:40 overall which was pretty good with some icy and snowy conditions.

Went to the gym after. Lifted and did some strides on the treadmill. also did about 25 minutes on the bike.
