We are staying in Park City over fall break, so I ran I drove down to the high school to do my workout. It was two sets of 600, 400, 200. Maddie Bench from AF was just finishing her workout when I got there which was kind of funny. My times were 1:41, 65, 31 for the first set and 1:41, 65, 30 for the second. They felt really good and I was glad I was able to keep the 600's at 4:30 pace. Afterwards went on a solid cool down. |
