Today I did a workout at Park City high schools track. 1600, 1200, 800, 400, 400 with one lap recovery in between each. Times were 5:00, 3:45, 2:23, 67, and 66. I was feeling the 2000 foot jump in elevation, but overall it was a pretty fun workout. Their track is nice and it was a beautiful day, so the workout wasn't as painful as usual. |
