Nice easy quick workout today. It was 600, 400, 600, 400, 600, 400. The six's were 1:45, 1:44, 1:43, and the 4's were 67, 66, 65. It went by quick and they felt controlled and pretty easy, so things are looking up for state. My goal is top ten, but I will have to run a killer race to do that.
