6x600m hills today over by the elementary school. Was able to hit decent times on all of them, but I felt like garbage for the whole workout. Times were 2:05, 2:04, 2:03, 2:04, 2:00, 2:06. On the last one I started cramping up pretty bad in the last 100. Cool down and ice bath after. Later did three more on the canyon road loop. |
