| Am- Didn't have my watch so I was just guessing on time and way underestimated so I got 5 miles in. Very pretty run tho.
Pm-Fast distance run with a lot of uphill in it at practice today. we did the upper trail and it was pretty hard, but very cool up there. Probably my fav run we do. Hill strides after.

| Race day! Got in about a three mile warmup then some strides before. Race went really well, Coach P told me to go out at 5:00 and my first mile ended up being 4:59. Splits after were 10:08, 15:20, 20:38, and I finished in 25:55. My goal coming in was sub 26:00 so I was very happy with it. Two mile cooldown after.

| Rough run today on reverse upper. My legs were definitely feeling the race on Saturday, and I think I was dehydrated because man I was struggling. On top of that my ankles kept twisting. Afterwards did some strides with Nic.

| Bad workout today. I only made it through two miles, then one more 600 m lap. I was feeling lightheaded and dizzy and like I was gonna pass out. First two mile tempo was 10:30. After I fell off on the first 600 of the next one coach had me just head back to the school.

| Ran with Lone Peak in the morning before I headed back up to Weber. Crazy day, warmed up to Beus, did our strides then a tornado hit. I almost got taken out by flying branches and Jordan got his foot destroyed. We headed back to the school and ran on the indoor track for 20 minutes.

| Workout today with everyone who didn’t go to Notre Dame. It wa 2x2 mile tempo out to South Ogden and back. First two miles was uphill and I ran 10:48, then coming back I ran 10:11. Mainly just ran with Colton on the first one, then Jaxon came up with us on the second. Afterwards did weights.
