| 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 fartlek on the canal. It was pretty dang cold, but the the snow hadn't been bad enough to stick to the canal really so we were able to proceed as normal. We went farther than we ever have going west, and put in a really long cool down. Overall solid stuff.

| Went and did the school tirkey trot for fun. Lil' Warner, Jamison, Zack, and I all came in a four way tie for first, and I got a turkey wich was cool. We ran like 16:40 for 2.93 miles, and it felt very easy.
