We ran up the canyon for our run today. Jamison and I were the only ones who got up to Timp Cave in the thirty five minutes we went up. I was feeling really good today. Afterwards we ice bathed under the bridge on the golf course and had a competition of throwing rocks into a tube that lets water out.

Last workout before region today, 3 sets of 600, 400, 200. Times were:

600's- 1:44, 1:44, 1:42

400's- 66, 67, 67

200's- 30, 30, 30

Ryan wanted the 6's at a little slower than mile pace, which worked out to about 4:35 pace, the 4's at mile pace and the 2's at about 800 pace. Ive never run a 2:00 800 but they felt easy. Afterwards we ice bathed on the golf course.

Today was region. I didn't really have the greatest race but we got qualified which is the only thing that matters. Joe beat me agAin, but I'll get him at state. Shoutout to Tanner for making it to state!
