Summited Lone Peak this morning with my cousin. We started from Corner Canyon and ran the parts that were runnable, while aggressively hiking the parts that were too steep. It was awesome, and we made it up and down in about fiveish hours which is half the time it usually takes people to do it.
Awful workout today. The field was soaking wet so after the first interval my shoes felt like they had five lb weights in them. The workout was 400, 600, 400, 600, 400, 600, 400. Normally we would have done more, but the conditions prevented us from doing more. Times were all around 75ish.
