Missed practice to get a haircut, so I ended up going to Vasa at about 10:00 and running on the treadmill. Started with two slow miles, then figured I'd rather run faster and get it over with quicker so my next five miles were 6:00, 5:50, 5:40, 5:30, 5:20. Didn't feel to hard since it was on the treadmill, but by the end I was drenched in sweat. Afterwards I got a breakfast burrito from betos that was sublime. The run was kind of rough, but overall it was an absolutely fantastic day!

Today during track class we ran up the canyon to Timp cave and back. On the way up Justin and Jamison took off, but I wasn't feeling like pushing today so I stayed back and chilled with Chris all the way. The weather felt great until about a mile from the mouth of the canyon the wind picked up and it got sooooo cold. By the time we got out of the canyon everybody was frozen, especially Trevor who left his shirt and gloves at the bottom. Overall a good time tho.
