Drove to Vail today and did my run right before dinner. I was supposed to do a workout but I tried to hit the paces and it just got way too steep to quick cuz I was just running on trails on Vail ski resort. I kept the pace honest throughout tho and on he downhill really went fast. Started my run at 8000 feet elevation, and hit about 9500 at the highest part so I'm getting in some very solid altitude training.
