30 minute run in the morning, took a spill and cut up my leg pretty bad. Later we did a workout at Beus. Felt pretty good and hit the times we were supposed to on a mix of 1k's and 400's. good cooldown after.

Workout today with everyone who didn’t go to Notre Dame. It wa 2x2 mile tempo out to South Ogden and back. First two miles was uphill and I ran 10:48, then coming back I ran 10:11. Mainly just ran with Colton on the first one, then Jaxon came up with us on the second. Afterwards did weights.
