Rough run today on reverse upper. My legs were definitely feeling the race on Saturday, and I think I was dehydrated because man I was struggling. On top of that my ankles kept twisting. Afterwards did some strides with Nic.
Bad workout today. I only made it through two miles, then one more 600 m lap. I was feeling lightheaded and dizzy and like I was gonna pass out. First two mile tempo was 10:30. After I fell off on the first 600 of the next one coach had me just head back to the school.
Just a super easy 40 minutes after how bad I did yesterday. Took it nice and easy with Josh, Jaxon, and Nic, then headed back early and finished up with Jordan who was also doing 40. Did some strides after.
Ran with Lone Peak in the morning before I headed back up to Weber. Crazy day, warmed up to Beus, did our strides then a tornado hit. I almost got taken out by flying branches and Jordan got his foot destroyed. We headed back to the school and ran on the indoor track for 20 minutes.
Did the workout we were going to do yesterday today, which wasn’t too bad, but it was raining and pretty cold. 1000's. Did well and I ran with the front group on the last one. Afterwards ran to the indoor track and did a fast cooldown with my friend Paul.
