Adam's Running

3.1 easy in the morning.

Later met up with the team to run. They were doing 800's and 1000's on the grass field by the seminary building, so I just ran barefoot around and would hop in with the slower guys on some of them. Ended up running pretty fast and averaged 6:00's for the 5 miles on the grass. Was fun being back out on the field in the heat again haha.

Solid workout by myself at sundown, I'm not allowed to give the specifics on workouts anymore but it involved mile repeats and some 800's. Felt pretty dang solid and I ran really well.

First run up at camp. I thought we were gonna run twice at camp today but we only did a recovery run cuz apparently everyone else ran this morning. oops. hard run for being only 30 minutes but i ran with the top group the whole time.

Tempo this morning, averaged about 5:08-5:10 pace throughout. Felt really controlled and just chilled with Luca the whole time.

Later did 4.5 recovery just out on the road. The pace was a little slower which felt way nice.

Solid last run out at camp. Ran out on this dirt road for 30 minutes at a gradual uphill then cruised back. Ended up splitting off with Luca, Joe, and Dallin for most of the run. When we got back we had a couple minutes left so Joe and I did some loops around camp, then went and did 6 strides on the road.

Ran up to legacy, met Justin and Craik for a five mile loop, then ran part of the way home. good times.
