Instead of taking two weeks off after track like usual, we are doing some easy mileage every other day the second week. Accidentally slept through practice this morning, so I just did my own run when I woke up. Ran up to the beginning of mountain run, then went home around the stake center. Since it was so short I reallypushed it on the hills.

Biked up to Tibble Fork and back today. About 18 miles round trip, with the first 9 being uphill, and the second 9 all being down. Once I got up to the reservoir I could see a storm coming in quick, so I turned around and booked it home, only getting a little wet at the very end. Found a Timpanogos XC shirt at D.I. and bought it because it was only 2 bucks. 😾😺🐑

Met at the school to run at 8. We just did 15 minutes dowwn to Art Dye then turned around and came back. Got a little more than four miles, plus I ran to and from practice.
