Easy 30 minute run this morning up to the mouth of the canyon and back to my house on canyon road. Last week was a little bit of a down week so I'm going to make sure I do every little thing right this week.

Met up with Tyler at PG for my run. We went 7 miles at 6:48 pace. I was supposed to do an hour but I cut it like 10 minutes short cuz my stomache was absolutely killing me. Very fun run tho, big thanks to Tyler for coming with me.
