So I waited for Parker and we did 2 and a half miles. I doubt they will let him stay on the team because he was dead tired afterwards and we were going SLOW. Afterwards I ran home the canal way.

Later I did the Canyon road loop.

First day of track. The Bybees aren't coaching anymore:(  So Revelli is the coach. He had us do 16x100m repeats at mile pace. Interesting workout. Wasn't hard at all. Afterward we ran around the park for a while.
