Adam's Running

Easy 5 mile run on the canal. I ran at 6 and it was already pitch black, which was annoying when I couldn't see ice patches. averaged about 6:45 pace throughout.

Easy 5 

Ran to the track to do a little tempo workout to start the new year off with. I did 2400, 1600, 800, all at 5:30 pace. I didn't want to anything to fast or hard right now because I haven't done anything fast in over a month. It felt good and I decided to see how fast I could close the last 400 and I did it in like 70. The track was covered in snow which was kind of annoying, but the home stretch was shoveled.

Ran the mountain run, the snow is really starting to melt so othe trail was pretty muddy.

5 easy miles. the trail was super muddy, and when I got back my shoes were covered in mud.

At 11:50 p.m I realized I hadn't run today so I ran downstairs and did a mile as fast as the treadmill would go before it turned midnight so I could count it for today.
